About Me
Darren was born in Jamaica and raised in the United States. He studied Industrial & Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
After graduating from Georgia Tech, Darren worked for various technology companies like Manhattan Associates and BNR. He then became the Director of Software Engineering for Monsieur, a robotic drink dispenser based in Georgia Tech's Advanced Technology Development Center.
Following his tenure at Monsieur, Darren led the development of the official CNN app during the 2016 presidential election. After that, he moved on to become an Associate Director for the Walt Disney Company, where he managed the development of the ESPN+ streaming service for various mobile devices.
After ESPN, Darren served as Technical Director for the National Football League. In this role, he oversaw the delivery of various engineering components used to broadcast the NFL Network and the Superbowl.
Darren also served as a Principal Engineer at World 50, a private community for senior-most executives from globally respected organizations. During his tenure there, he leveraged his extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives.
Darren currently resides in Atlanta, GA, where he enjoys working out, traveling, and hitting the beach.
